Our Superiore harvest combines the finest Frantoio and Coratina olive varieties grown in the Mount Compass and  Fleurieu Peninsula area of South Australia. 
Experienced tasters can pick up more robust notes of green apple, rocket and garden mint with a hint of fennel. 
There’s a profound and deep peppery finish to the Superiore, making it the perfect oil to showcase any salads, pasta, fish crudo or simply a piece of crusty bread.
