Having sourced the finest quality olives from the Fleurieu Peninsula and Mount Compass area of South Australia, this particular blend is packed with a robust and peppery flavour. Will elevate any salad or fine creation of fine food. Not for the faint hearted. Packed in a BPA free bag, which collapses as oil is used, preventing air exposure, preserving the oil and offering a longer shelf life. Comes in a non-drip tap for easy dispensing.
